Richard D. “Rocky” Shueman, Jr., 57, of Fleetwood, passed away on Wednesday evening, January 6, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 28, 1963 in Kutztown, he was the son of Jacqueline (Bordner) Shueman, Reading and Richard D. Shueman, Sr., Reading. Rocky and his wife, Tammy L. (Pfleger) Shueman, were married on August 24, 2020 at their home.
Rocky worked for 39 years for K & L Woodworking, Reading, where he was a mill worker and truck driver. Rocky was a life member of the Reading Motorcycle Club and also had memberships with the Stoney Creek Athletic Association, the Alsace Manor Fire Company and the Ivy Leaf Association. He played pool for all four clubs he was a member of.
Rocky loved shooting pool and riding his motorcycles. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Surviving in addition to his parents and his wife, Tammy, are his daughter, Samantha L. Shueman, and her boyfriend, Josh Arak, Oley, his step-daughter, Sara A. Britt, fiancée of Michael A. Dyess, Shippenville, PA and by his grandchildren, Averi, Riley, Skylar and Hayden.
Services for Rocky will be private.
