Alfonso J. Santiago

Alfonso J. Santiago, 8, of West Reading, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Born March 31, 2009 in West Reading, he was the son of Rebecca M. Rivera, West Reading and Elias Santiago Jr., Reading.

Alfonso is survived by his mother, Rebecca M. Rivera, companion of Marcos O. Alvarez, West Reading, his father, Elias Santiago, Reading, his brothers, Markus E. Santiago and Marcos O. Alvarez, Jr., his maternal grandmother, Edna Rivera, Reading, his maternal grandfather, Angel Rivera, Reading, his paternal grandmother, Enid Clemente, Reading and his paternal grandfather, Elias Santiago Sr., Reading. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A prayer service will be held for Alfonso on Tuesday evening, December 5, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
