Mrs. Arlene M. Fox

Mrs. Arlene M. (Houck) Fox, 81, of Pottsville, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill, Pottsville, PA.

Born September 3, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Houck and Ada (Moyer) Miller. She was the widow of George P. Fox, who passed away in 1991.

Arlene spent years working at the Black & Decker retail store at the VF Outlets in Wyomissing. She also had worked at Easco Hand Tools.

Arlene was a former member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring, and a graduate of Wilson High School. She enjoyed playing word puzzles on her phone.

Arlene is survived by her two daughters, Heidi L. Fox, Mount Penn, and Elizabeth A. Fox, Pottsville. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Callum, Evan, Isaiah, Mithcell, Mark and Hannah, and by her sister, Shirley A. Solt, Fleetwood.

Funeral Services for Arlene will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 11:00 am, at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood. A visitation will be held Wednesday, from 10:00 am until time of services at the funeral home.

Burial will take place at 12:30 pm, Wednesday, at St. Daniel's Church Cemetery, Robesonia.
