Barry J. Parker, 62, of Kempton, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.
Born July 11, 1958 in Phillipsburg, NJ, he was the son of Mary (Schulberger) Pitts, Bethlehem and Wayne Parker, Saylorsburg. He and his wife, Beth A. (Petrone) Parker, were married on August 31, 2019 in Freeland, PA.
Barry was a general contractor for over 30 years and currently owned and operated Pro Creations. He was a 1976 graduate of Wilson Area High School, Easton, PA and loved hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Beth, Barry is survived by his children, Nathan D. Parker, husband of Erica L. (Ziegler) Parker, Kutztown, and Brianna R. Parker, Los Angeles, CA, his step-children, Erica L. (Hinkle) Testa, wife of Jarod Testa, Drums, PA, Christopher Kostic, husband of Valerie (Bodemer) Kostic, Freeland, PA, Zachary Kostic, husband of Shauna (Hebal) Kostic, Hazleton, PA and Sara Kostic, Drums, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Gabriella and Liam, his step-grandchildren, Bella, Isabella, Bryce, Lilliana and Lyla and by his brothers, Rick Parker, husband of Patti Parker, Breinigsville, Chuck Parker, husband of Holly Parker, Saylorsburg, and Bruce Parker, husband of Donna Parker, Norristown.
Barry was preceded in death by his daughter, Adria Parker and his granddaughter, Eliza Parker.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held for Barry on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. Peter’s UCC Cemetery, 219 Maidencreek Road, Fleetwood, PA.
