Betty L. Duck

Betty L. (Newlin) Duck, 91, of Hamburg, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at Penn State Health St. Joseph, Bern Township.

Born March 8, 1926, in Winchester, VA, she was a daughter of the late Frank L. and Pansy (Overholtz) Newlin.

Betty worked for over 25 years as a secretary for Dupont Chemicals in Delaware. She loved to play bingo, travel to the casinos and especially play solitaire on the computer. She graduated high school in Ransom, West Virginia.

Betty is survived by her son, Paul L. Dillow, husband of Debbie L. (Rhein) Dillow, Hamburg, daughter, Betty Jane (Dillow) Warriner, Ransom, West Virginia, grandchildren, Kelley, Jenny, Shelly and Daryl, great grandchildren, Sydney, Robby, Josie, Maddy, Greer, Mather, Erin, Wyatt, Kyle, Tommy and Samantha, great great grandchildren, Aubrey and Jaxson and by her daughter-in-law, Joan Hoffmaster.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her two sons, Daryl Hoffmaster and Dave Hoffmaster.

Funeral Services for Betty will be private.
