Billy A. Reed

Billy A. Reed, 61, of Rockland Township, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at his home.

Born June 13, 1955 in Reading, he was the son of Elwood A. and Delphine O. (Pettigrew) Reed of Oley. He and his wife of 37 years, Bernita I.L. (Landis) Reed, were married on June 9, 1979 in Fleetwood.

Billy was self-employed for many years in automotive repair. He was a 1973 graduate of Oley Valley High School and enjoyed gardening and classic cars.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Bernita, are his children, Nicole A. (Reed) Klinksiek, wife of Andrew Klinksiek, Raleigh, NC and William A. Reed, Rockland Township. He is also survived by his grandson, Levi A. Klinksiek and his sisters, Bonnie and Audrey.

Funeral Services for Billy will be private.
