Donald B. Reinhart

Donald B. Reinhart, 82, of Rockland Township, died Monday, November 24, 2014 at Kutztown Manor, Inc., Kutztown, PA.

Born April 2, 1932 in Fleetwood, PA, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Moll) Reinhart. His wife, the late Janet V. (Sinsky) Reinhart, died on May 14, 2012. They had celebrated their 61st anniversary on November 25, 2011.

Donald was a welder for Allentown Portland Cement at the Evansville Plant for over 43 years, retiring in 1992. He attended the Fleetwood Area School District.

Surviving Donald are his five children, Sharon A. (Reinhart) Kaufman, West Lawn, Michael J., husband of Pamela Reinhart, Macungie, Thomas R., husband of Linda Reinhart, Boyertown, Jeffery M., husband of Tara Reinhart, Fleetwood and John M., husband of Rose Reinhart, Walnutown. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and his sister, Ruth (Reinhart) Heller. In addition to his wife, Janet, and his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Nicole L. Reinhart on September 17, 2000 and by his sister, Phyllis Reinhart.

Memorial Services for Donald will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 6 pm at Macungie Christian Community Church, 126 S. Church St., Macungie, with Pastor Rex Cox, officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 to 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Macungie Christian Community Church.
