Donna Lee "Nana D." (Reinhard) Derr

Donna Lee "Nana D."(Reinhard) Derr, 77, of Kutztown, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.

Born July 8, 1944 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Myrle V. (Scherir) Reinhard. She was the companion of Butch Grim.

Donna was a 1962 graduate of Emmaus High School. She spent time working in sewing factories and also owned her own cleaning service. Donna worked in the cafeteria and as a unit clerk at Lehigh Valley Hospital and was active with the Alvernia College Foster Grandparent Progarm and the Olivet Boys/Girls Club.

Donna was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Kutztown, where she was a deacon and a member of the ladies auxiliary. She was past vice president of the Allentown Lioness Club and a member of the Kutztown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Donna loved sewing and quilting, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Constance R. (Hilbert) Koch, wife of James D. Koch, Bernville, her grandchildren, Bruce A. Seidel, II, husband of Angie (Orth) Seidel, Kutztown, Gavin H. Hilbert, Kutztown, and Garret Hilbert, husband of Samantha Hilbert, Topton. She is also survived by her great-granddaughter, Jaelynn Koch, her sister, Sterna M. Klingborg, and her brothers, Roger J. Reinhard and Larry C. Reinhard.

Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her daughter Audra Ann Hilbert, her son, Roger C. Hilbert, and by her sister, Ruby R. Burkert.

Private Graveside Services will be held by the family with burial to follow in Huff's Union Church Cemetery, Alburtis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's memory to the Kutztown Fire Company, 310 Noble Street, Kutztown, PA 19530.
