Mrs. Jean N. (Landis) Hilbert

Mrs. Jean N. (Landis) Hilbert, 83, of Kutztown, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.

Born April 25, 1940, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Alice (Kroninger) Landis. The love of her life, her husband of 61 years, Richard E. Hilbert, passed away on November 7, 2020.

Jean worked as a sewer at the Wenton Shoe Factory and its successors for over 40 years. She loved flowers, doing puzzles, playing cards, and enjoying her seven and sevens and margaritas.

Jean is survived by her three children, Charlene J. Hilbert, Kutztown, Keenan R. Hilbert, Kutztown, and Vannessa M. Hilbert, Kutztown. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Katie J. Hilbert, Kutztown, and her great-grand puppy, Ixi.

Along with her parents and her husband, Richard, Jean was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Sheetz.

Per Jean's wishes, there will be no services.
