Jodi L. (Fetterolf) McCarty

Jodi L. (Fetterolf) McCarty, 52, of Oley, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Penn State Health, St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township, after a long, valiant battle with cancer.

Born February 11, 1971, in Reading, she was the daughter of Ronald E. Fetterolf, Fleetwood, and the late Karen J. (Hassman) Fetterolf.

Jodi worked as a manager at Fashion Bug, Muhlenberg Township, for many years. She attended Muhlenberg School District, and loved the beach, playing in the rain, motorcycle riding, designing, decorating, and shopping.

Most of all, Jodi adored her cats, and her playtime with them, visiting the calves on the farm, and spending quiet time with her fiancé, Kevin.

Jodi is survived by her Dad, Ronald, her step-mom, Grace Lengel, fiancé, Kevin R. Schlegel, her brother, Ronnie Scott, Exeter Township, and her sister, Stacy Gallen, Sinking Spring.

Memorial Services for Jodi will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Salem United Church of Christ, 307 Covered Bridge Rd, Oley, PA. Burial will take place privately in St. Peter's UCC Church Cemetery, Molltown.
