John V. Kleinhenz, 50, of Maidencreek Township, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 13, 2018 in Albany, NY while traveling on business.
Born October 2, 1967 in Neptune, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Louise (Desrosiers) Kleinhenz. He and his wife, Brenda D. (Eister) Kleinhenz celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary on September 5, 2018.
John was an IT specialist for Air Products & Chemicals, Allentown for the past 23 years. He was very active with Boy Scouts of America Troop 183, Blandon where he served as assistant Scoutmaster. He was a graduate of Manalapan High School, Manalapan, NJ and Penn State University. He loved golfing, reading and especially spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Brenda, John is survived by his three children. Sean M. Kleinhenz, Kelly V. Kleinhenz and Jacob T. Kleinhenz, all at home, his brothers and sisters, Lori Korzonowski, wife of Alan Korzonowski, Jackson, NJ, Donna Hall, wife of Bruce Hall, Malboro, NJ, Carolyn Witmer, wife of Tim Witmer, New Egypt, NJ, Jeannie Kleinhenz, Tampa, FL and Paul Kleinhenz, Tinton Falls, NJ.
John is also survived by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Warren and Paulette (Leister) Eister, Perkasie, PA, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jennifer (Eister) and David Wilson, Gilbertsville, several nieces and nephews and by his dog, Annie.
Funeral Services for John will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
