John D. "Jack" Miller Jr.

John D. “Jack” Miller, Jr., 79, of Muhlenberg Township, died June 6, 2020 in Bern Township, PA.

Born December 13, 1940 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Isabelle (Jago) and John D. Miller Sr. He and his wife of 57 years, Florence M. (MacLachlan) Miller, were married on September 22, 1962 at Faith United Church of Christ, Philadelphia.

Jack owned and operated several service stations in Philadelphia. He also was a master pressman for Brown Printing, East Greenville, PA. Jack was a longtime member of Faith United Church of Christ, Philadelphia and attended Germantown High School.

Jack enjoyed sports cars, especially his corvette, horseback riding, horses, boats, RV’s, remote control boats and planes and, most of all, golfing.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Florence, are his three children, Suzanne M. (Miller) Rohrbach, wife of Kenneth K. Rohrbach, Blandon, Karen L. (Miller) Schneider, wife of Matthew J. Schneider, Douglassville and John W. Miller, Gilbertsville. He is also survived by his grandsons, Kyle, Brandon, Christopher, Taylor, Justin and Andrew, his great-grandson, Lincoln, his brother Robert A. Miller, husband of Barbara Miller, Cumming, GA and his sister, Isabelle (Miller) Sexton, Cumming, GA.

Services for Jack will be held privately. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Molltown.
