Luis F. Cabrera

Luis F. Cabrera, 63, of Temple, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Reading Hospital.

Born August 25, 1954 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Francisca (Lopez) and Francisco Cabrera.

Luis worked for many years for O.B. Dyers, Kenhorst as a machine operator. He graduated from Reading High School in 1972. Luis enjoyed hiking and nature, bike riding, animals, history and was a big Eagles fan. Most of all, Luis loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.

Luis is survived by his three daughters, Desiree Cabrera, Temple, Marlene Cabrera, Reading and Francine A. Cabrera, Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Jason, Jacob, Isaiah, Isabella, Angelo and Alexander, his great granddaughter, Autumn, his sisters, Gladys Torres, Hatillo, P.R., Carmen Cabrera, Reading and Maria Orlando, Sinking Spring and by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Luis will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1pm at Charles Evans Cemetery, 1119 Centre Ave, Reading, PA.
