Lylah-Jean Grace Lister

Lylah-Jean Grace Lister, 8 months, of Reading, formerly of Greenville, SC, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after a courageous battle with childhood cancer.

Born September 24, 2016 in Greenville, SC, Lylah-Jean was the daughter of Jennifer L. (Kennett) and Travis E. Lister.

Lylah-Jean and her family moved to the Reading area to be closer to CHOP in hopes that her rare form of cancer could be treated. She was a precious little girl who fought her disease very hard.

In addition to her Mommy and Daddy, Lylah-Jean is survived by her three brothers, David, Alex and Noah,her sister, Madison, her maternal grandmother, Linda J. Dandro, her maternal grandfather, Clifton W. Kennett and her paternal grandmother, Judy C. (Hurst) Green.

Lylah-Jean was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jessie J. Green.

A memorial service for Lylah-Jean will be held at a later date in South Carolina.
