Mrs. Lynne M. (Hyland) Hamm

Mrs. Lynne M. (Hyland) Hamm, 57, of Fleetwood, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

Born August 18, 1965, in Paterson, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late William and Anne (Engels) Hyland. She and her husband, George L. Hamm, were married on June 23, 2011, in Oley, PA.

Lynne worked as a paraprofessional for the Oley Valley School District, working with life skills students. More importantly, Lynne cherished her time spent raising her children, Kelly and Michael.

Lynne was a graduate of Lakeland Regional High School, Wanaque, New Jersey. She received her associate's degree in business from Berkeley Secretarial College. Lynne enjoyed gardening and flowers, and most of all, spending time with and shopping for her grandchildren, Skyler and Anika.

In addition to her husband, George, Lynne is survived by her daughter, Kelly M. (Pierce) Rothermel, wife of Joshua K. Rothermel, Mertztown, her son, Michael A. Pierce Jr., Fleetwood, her stepsons, Dylan M. Hamm, Schuylkill Haven and Zachary G. Hamm, Fleetwood, her grandchildren, Skyler L. Rothermel and Anika M. Rothermel, and by her sister, Laura Wicks, wife of Keith Wicks, Sarasota, Florida.

Services for Lynne will be held privately by her family.
