Mark R. Kohl

Mark R. Kohl, 67, of Mertztown, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.

Born July 8, 1954 in Reading, he was the son of the late Richard and Virginia (Carbaugh) Kohl.

Mark worked for many years for Berks Products, driving truck delivering trussess to many building projects. He was a member of Kutztown Fire Company and a 1973 graduate of Brandywine Heights High School. Mark loved remote control planes, trains, going to the races, collecting antiques, going to auctions and garden tractors.

Mark is survived by his children, Christopher L. Kohl, Hamburg, and Stephanie A. (Kohl) Miller, wife of Ryan L. Miller, Kutztown. He is also survived by his grandson, Everett L. Kohl, his sisters, Mary Hess, wife of Barry Hess, Gilbertsville, Sandra Heller, wife of Keith Heller, Fleetwood, and Greta Hackfeld, wife of David Hackfeld, Annandale, VA, by his brother, Richard Kohl, Mertztown and by many nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Brooke Carbaugh, and by his sisters, Bonnie Kohl and Baby Girl Kohl.

Services for Mark will be held privately by his family.
