Patty Lou Stevens

Patty Lou (Wittmeyer) Stevens, 67, of Fleetwood, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Manor Care Health Services, Laureldale, where she had been for one week.

Born May 25, 1950 in Buffalo, New York, Patty Lou was the daughter of the late Howard and Dorothy (Buggenhagen) Wittmeyer. Her husband, Dana J. Stevens, passed away on July 17, 1978.

Patty Lou was a beautician for many years. She also worked in customer service for several companies, including 15 years for Paul Frederick Menswear, Fleetwood.

Patty Lou graduated from Hamburg Central High School, Hamburg, NY, and attended Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica, NY. She was a member of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny Twp and truly loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Patty Lou is survived by her three children, Scott D. Stevens, Angola, IN, Traci L. (Stevens) Gehringer, wife of Shane D. Gehringer, Fleetwood and Jason D. Stevens, husband of Adrienne R. (Dreibelbis) Stevens, Fleetwood. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, Dana Shane, Dana John II, Steven, Haylee, Hunter, Dana Jason and David, and her two brothers, Allan Wittmeyer, husband of Maureen Wittmeyer, Zephyrhills, FL and David Wittmeyer, N. Boston, NY.

Along with her parents, Patty Lou was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia.

A Memorial Service for Patty Lou will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Zion's Union Church, 329 Church Rd, Kutztown, with Rev. Jeffrey J. Butz officiating. A visitation will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the church.
