Roger J. Wronowski

Roger J. Wronowski, 75, of Earl Township, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born June 13, 1941 in East Greenville, Roger was the son of the late Joseph and Charlotte (McMurray) Wronowski. He and his wife, Helen L. (Grim) Wronowski, have enjoyed over 48 years together.

Roger worked for 38 years in the dairy division of Longacre Electric. He also worked for Firestone making rubber, Bally Ribbon Mill for many years and for Knoll's Furniture, East Greenville.

Roger attended St. Philip Neri Catholic School and Upper Perkiomen High School. He loved hunting and especially smoking his pipe.

In addition to his wife, Helen, Roger is survived by his children, Scott A. Wronowski, husband of Shelly (Moyer) Wronowski, Boyertown, Kenneth R. Wronowski, Pottstown, Julie (Wronowski) Cordwell, wife of Henry O. Cordwell, Bally and James L. Wronowski, Yullee, FL. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Shane, Jade, Sage and Justine, his sisters, Lorraine Hillegass, Pennsburg, Yvonne Stiehl, North Carolina and Bernadette Walaschek, Margate, FL and by his granddogs and grandbirds.

Roger was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Wronowski and Joseph Wronowski, his sister, Shirley Reith and by his canine companions, Beef and Sheena.

Memorial Services for Roger will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at Morning Star Fellowship, 100 Limekiln Rd, Bechtelsville, PA, with Pastor Bruce Borgard and Pastor Rebecca Edwards officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am Friday at the church.
