Ronald R. Moore, 81, of Rockland Township, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Laureldale, PA.
Born July 21, 1940 in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Earl L. and Madeline F. (Krick) Moore. The love of his life, his wife of 51 years, Betty J. (Levan) Moore, passed away on February 11, 2018.
Ronald served his country honorably and faithfully as a Specialist in the United States Army.
Ronald was a machinist for 28 years working for several different companies. He also worked as a corrections officer for Berks County for 13 years and was a Pennsylvania State Constable for Rockland Township, working out of the offices of the Honorable Judge Ronald Mest.
Ronald was a member of the Ray A. Master Post 217, American Legion, Topton, and a 1958 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School. He loved golfing, hunting, bowling and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Ronald is survived by his children, Jodi L. Moore, wife of Zjacklyn L. (Hechler) Moore, Rockland Township and Christopher M. Moore, Doylestown, his three grandchildren, and by his sisters, Mary (Moore) Indorado, Newmanstown, Cheryl (Moore) Rhine, Rehrersburg and Linda (Moore) Shott, Rehrersburg.
Services for Ronald will be private.
