Sally L. (Plowmaker) Grieder

Sally L. (Plowmaker) Grieder, 79, of Kutztown, died Saturday, January 10, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born June 26, 1935 in Beaver Falls, PA, she was a daughter of the late Richard A. and A. Jeannette (Leiper) Plowmaker. Her husband of 49 years, Kenneth G. Grieder, passed away on February 17, 2006.

Sally was a homemaker and a graduate of Beaver Falls High School, Beaver Falls, PA. She was also a member of the Leesport Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, Shoemakersville, PA.

Sally is survived by her five children, Patricia A. (Grieder) Lambert, wife of Timothy W. Lambert, Kutztown, James R. Grieder, husband of Jane (White) Grieder, Elizabethtown, PA, Janet J. (Grieder) Schmehl, wife of Scott Schmehl, Muhlenberg Township, Amy E. Grieder, Miramar, FL and Jennifer R. Grieder, Orlando, Fl; 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild "On the way". She is also survived by her Sisters, Anna (Plowmaker) Welsh, New Brighton, PA, Ruth (Plowmaker) Fenchel, wife of Donald Fenchel, Beaver Falls, PA, Marjorie L. (Plowmaker) Greaves, Beaver Falls, PA and Carol L. Plowmaker and a brother Richard A. Plowmaker, husband of Alice Plowmaker, Georgia.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by a son, Thomas L. Grieder and a brother Phillip Plowmaker.
