Mrs. Sandra L. (Kline) Adams

Sandra L. (Kline) Adams, 77, of Fleetwood, passed away in the presence of her loving family on Tuesday evening, September 13, 2022 at her home.

Born June 19, 1945 in Sampson, New York, she was the daughter of the late Urias B. and Gladys (Sholedice) Kline. She and her husband of 58 years, Jensen L. Adams, were married on November 2, 1963 at Fleetwood Bible Fellowship Church.

Sandy worked for Pomeroy's Department Store, Reading, Yorgey's Egg Farm, Meridian Bank, Fleetwood Bank and as a representative for Tupperware and American Greeting Cards. Sandy also worked as a Safety Monitor at the Oley Valley Elementary School.

Sandy was a member of Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, Blandon, and the former Fleetwood Bible Fellowship Church. She helped manage the missions committee, taught Sunday School, and was the director for three to five year olds in the Awana program.

Volunteering was very important to Sandy. She spent many hours volunteering for Life's Choices, Kutztown, where she also served as Fleetwood Bible Church's representative to Life's Choices. She was a 1963 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School and also attended night school to take banking classes.

Sandy loved spending time at the library and in her scrabble club with her women friends. She also truly enjoyed reading, gardening and collecting angel ornaments.

Surviving in addition to her husband, Jensen, are her children, John D. Adams, husband of Carol A. (Wesner) Adams, Temple, and Janelle D. Adams Ervin, wife of James M. Ervin, Exeter Township. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Josiah S. Adams and Kimberly E. Myhren, wife of Christopher Myhren, her step-grandson, Alec Ervin, and by many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her brother, William Kline and her sister, Lillian Stuber.

Funeral Services for Sandy will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, 220 Main Street, Blandon, PA. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the church. Burial will follow her funeral service in St. Peter's UCC Cemetery, Molltown.
