Scott J. Eschenbach

Scott J. Eschenbach, 84, of Maidencreek Twp, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at his home.

Born July 26, 1936 in Sayre, PA, he was the son of the late Jack and Louise Eschenbach.  He and his wife of 55 years, Jacqueline C. (Breidegam) Eschenbach, were married on March 6, 1965 in Glenside.

Scott drove truck for North Penn Trucking and also ran the shop at Lee Heffner Ford, Temple.  He was a member of Becker’s St. Peters Lutheran Church, Molltown and attended Muhlenberg High School.  He and his wife, Jackie, operated a sports memorabilia stand, specializing in baseball cards, at the Leesport Farmers Market for many years.  He loved collecting baseball cards, the Phillies and was a founding member of the Bandits Car Club.

Funeral Services for Scott will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood.  A visitation will be held Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in St. John’s Gernants Cemetery, Leesport.
