Scott L. Weiler

Scott L. Weiler, 63, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Tower Health, Reading Hospital, West Reading, PA.

Born June 2, 1958 in Reading, PA, he was the son of Marjorie M. (Bolig) Weiler, and the late Lee J. Weiler. He and his wife of 23 years, Vicki L. (Schucker) Weiler, were married on October 31, 1998 in Leesport.

Scott was an accomplished musician, playing bass, keyboard and singing. He was an associate at Redner's Food Markets and also worked as a cook at CeeGee's in Blandon.

Scott was active with the Reading Gravity Racing League (RGRL) and a 1976 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. He loved online racing, NASCAR, music and especially, the New York Yankees.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Vicki, and his Mom, are his step-daughter, Courtney A. Fichthorn, Muhlenberg Township, his brother, David A. Weiler, wife of Rebecca H. (Herb) Weiler, Muhlenberg Township, his niece, Allison K. (Weiler) Barrett, wife of Andrew R. Barrett, Pottstown and his nephew, Ethan D. Weiler, Muhlenberg Township.

A Celebration of Life for Scott will be announced at a later date.
