Mrs. Shirley E. (Weil) Fegley

Mrs. Shirley E. (Weil) Fegley, 85, of Rockland Township, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.

Born April 15, 1939 in Emmaus, Shirley was the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Koller) Weil. Her husband of 50 years, Kenneth R. Fegley, passed away on May 8, 2022.

Shirley attended Boyertown School District and went on to work at East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc., and Giorgio Foods. She also worked at Tarsus for 20 years. Shirley was a former member of Christ Mertz Lutheran Church, Dryville, and a member of the Pike Township Sportsmen's Association. She enjoyed crocheting and doing crossword puzzles.

Shirley is survived by her five children, Kenneth C. Levan, husband of Beth (Berkey) Levan, Earl Twp, Kevin R. Fegley, husband of Karen L. (Eckert) Fegley, Fleetwood, Kerry R. Fegley, husband of Jacky S. Fegley, Fleetwood, Karen R. (Fegley) Esterly, wife of Gregory L. Esterly, Sr., Macungie, and Kimberly R. (Fegley) Miller, wife of David E. Miller, Jr., Fleetwood. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Stephen, Andrew, Jennifer, Benjamin, Kristin, Gregory Jr., Sabrina, Sam, and Peter, her great-grandchildren, Landen, Brantley, McKenzie, Daphney, Emma, Layla, Marlee, Cassidy, Edison and Alexandra, and by her siblings, Fern, Betty, Mary, Phyllis and John.

Along with her parents and her husband, Kenneth, Shirley was preceded in death by her sisters, Gloria and Thelma.

Funeral Services for Shirley will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood, PA. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Dryville. A viewing for Shirley will be held on Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
