Steven R. Schollenberger

Steven R. Schollenberger, 29, of Fleetwood, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 after a two year battle with lung cancer.

Born November 11, 1990 in Allentown, he was the son of Cara L. Cotellese, Fleetwood, and Mark A. and Denise L. (Howal) Schollenberger, Magnolia, Delaware.

Steve worked for years in hospitality and was previously the front desk manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Rehoboth Beach, DE. He was a member of Pleasantville United Church of Christ, Chalfont and a 2009 graduate of Central Bucks West High School, Doylestown. After high school, Steve attended Kutztown University.

Steve was a huge Philly sports fan and loved music, craft beer, golfing, watching movies and films and especially fantasy sports.

In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by his sisters, Samantha L. Schollenberger, Lansdale, PA and Sydney A. Schollenberger, fiancee of Cameron S. Orwig, Steelton, PA, his maternal grandmother, Vivian E. (Emery) Speca, Pottstown and his paternal grandfather, Paul A. Schollenberger, widower of Roma A. (Haas) Schollenberger, New Berlinville, PA.

Services for Steven will be private with burial to follow in New Hanover Lutheran Cemetery, Gilbertsville.
