Susan (Armbruster) Keller, 81, of Richmond Township, passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday evening, February 1, 2025.
Born November 4, 1943 in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of the late Christian W. and Violet (Salter) Armbruster.
Susan was a 1961 graduate of Newtown High School, Queens, and worked for many years as an administrative assistant and manager for a title insurance company. She spent time living in Morocco and Cyprus and truly enjoyed reading, especially James Paterson books, watching TV, and crocheting and sewing.
Susan studied ballet until she was 16 and was a performer in the original George Balanchine's Nutracker. She performed at the Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall during her time with the ballet.
Susan is survived by her children, Debra J. (Hargreaves) Shelden, wife of Michael J. Shelden, Virginville, Christopher J. Hargreaves, companion of Danielle M. Spencer, Fawn Grove, PA, and Daria L. Hargreaves, York, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Zachary, Alex, Spencer, Callen, Ian, Teagan, Aliceanna, Mikaylah, and Sevlyn, by her great-grandchildren, Logan, Ethan, Revan, Malak, Jackson, Liam, Charlotte, and one on the way, by her sister, Evelyn DePaul, widow of Vern DePaul, Farmingdale, NY, by her niece and goddaughter, Dr. Linda Kraemer, wife of Eric Kraemer, Farmingdale, and by her nephews, Warren DePaul, husband of Laurie DePaul, and Richard DePaul.
In keeping with Susan's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
