William J. McKinney

William J. McKinney, of Fleetwood, passed away on Saturday evening, July 28, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Born April 17, 1928 in Reading, he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth McKinney.

William worked for over 20 years for Carpenter Technology, Reading and loved painting. He served his country honorably and faithully in the United States Air Force.

William is survived by his wife, Gloria E. (Stoudt) McKinney, his children, Jeffery J. McKinney, husband of Lila A. (Lutz) McKinney, Fleetwood, Pamela J. (McKinney) Krall, Fleetwood and Sean P. McKinney, husband of Teresa McKinney, Reading. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Abigail McKinney and Michael Krall, his great-grandchildren, Maggie and Britney and by his sister, Betty Schaich, Morgantown, PA.

Along with his parents, William was preceded in death by his brother, Robert McKinney.
